Choosing the right home with Chancy Gose

Chancy Gose was born in Tulsa and grew up in the surrounding suburbs of Liberty Mounds, Wilberton and Sand Springs, graduating from Charles Page High School. She attended Tulsa Tech where she studied Health Science and received her Certified Nursing Assistant License. She currently lives in Berryhill.

Chancy owns and operates a small business called Boho Chancy Joes where she refurbishes and resells furniture and vintage décor and clothing. She also has worked in a variety of positions including administration, sales, waitressing, and cleaning houses. But it was her experience working as Property Manager at Case & Associates for three years that led her to the decision to enter the real estate field. A full-service agent, Chancy is familiar with residential, ranch, and new construction listings in the Tulsa Metro area.

Chancy brings her buyers and sellers many years of experience working in fields related to real estate, plus a long list of vendors from her property management days including roofing, flooring, and plumbing. “I can find my buyers’ dream home, help decorate it, give direction on repairs, AND help my sellers get their home cleaned and staged for listing!” Chancy says.

Chancy is dedicated to her clients’ best interest and works hard to ensure their goals are met. “I am creative, consistent, and compassionate,” she explains. “I love to find hidden gems!”

Chancy enjoys spending time outdoors with her son, attending his BMX and baseball activities. They love camping, finding waterfalls and natural creeks, hiking, and horseback riding. In her free time, she enjoys thrifting and going to flea markets, crafting, and painting furniture.
